Accounts continue to be sent monthly after settlement

I am disgusted that this practice would continue to send invoices after the account has been settled in full. On multiple occasions have I corresponded to indicate that the account has been paid and sent proof of payment. Not once have they confirmed or appologised. I continue to get an account.....this is ******ion and this practice should be avoided due to poor administration.
