Unprofessional

Worst doctor. No bedside manner and messed up my shoulder worst than what it was. I had the operation and the following week I had to go back under anesthetic again to have the shoulder manipulated. A week or two later I was in terrible pain again and went to his rooms where he proceeded to give me 2 cortisone injections without discussing costs, etc. I also sent through an email to his accounts lady to explain that I do not have the R20000 to pay immediately as they did say that I can make a payment arrangement before I had the operation. We are now getting threatening sms's and email saying that they are going to hand us over. We made a payment the week before and I told his accounts lady that I will make another payment at the end of the month to which she did not reply or say no. I wanted to make another appointment so that he can see what is wrong and was told by his receptionist that I will have to pay the full consultation again as it is obviously another underlaying problem. Really, why then did he not pick this up when I had the scan and x-rays? This is all a money making scheme. As far as I am concerned, he operated and should out of the courtesy look and see what has gone wrong! Pathetic and I will never recommend him. I am now having to see another surgeon as I have been to physio and it is still not helping.
