Bad patient experience

The worst experience I have ever had. Dr Smit charged for consultation in hospital without even seeing me when discharged. Blood tests done every day without providing the results of the test or explaining what the diagnosis was. He was supposed to do tests on hormones and instead he tested for a condition which I already knew about. This was all disclosed when being admitted. I had to phone my GP so that he could try and find out what was my diagnosis. He takes private calls when consulting patients and spends more time on that than actually attending to the patient. When you phone his rooms to do an enquiry the receptionist has the same go to message: I have given Doctor the message and he will get back to you.
