Netcare Sunninghill ICU Poor treatment

My husband was recently admitted to ICU at Netcare Sunninghill Hospital. Dr Stacey Kretzmer was the appointed neurologist; After 5 days in her care, we the family were no where nearer in understanding what the cause was or the official condition diagnosed. I had only seen the doctor the late morning of admission on the Saturday and again the Sunday night - only because i insisted on receiving answers. Three days after, doctor was missing in action - ignored calls and personal visits from me, only to learn on the 4th day that she had left for leave the previous day. She didn't advise me that she was going to be away for a week or who the replacement doctor was. Keeping in mind that the patient was in ICU and in isolation.... She further appointed a Physician - Dr Jo-ann Richards - who never introduced herself to the family that she was the other doctor looking after my husband; in fact she walked right past the room knowing that we there and anxious for some feedback from ANYONE. When approached by me to find out if she was in fact the doctor in question, I wasn't even given the courtesy of a greeting - i received a grunt as a yes without her eyes leaving the screen that she was looking at - but couldn't understand my ire and flippant response to such poor social s****s. So - these are two doctors that reside and practise at the Netcare Sunnginghill Hospital in the ICU facilities.... experience has been nothing short of shocking! When you as a patient are paying good money for medical care and this is the treatment that you are receiving from so-called professionals - I shudder to think about the quality of people running the board at Netcare.
