Unauthorized Debit Order on my account

I am very unhappy with this people as they signed me up for debt review that I didn't agree to. When they called me I was in a public space and they mentioned something about the 2pot system, I than said to the agent on the phone can they please call me again as I couldn't speak on the phone since I was in a public space around people that time. Next thing I see a debit order going off my account and I went to my bank to enquire what is happening they couldn't dispute my money so I asked the service consultant can he please assist with getting me the numbers of the provider that debit my money. He than couldn't get anything on my account since the isn't any debicheck history of this debit order that took my money. I than checked the reference of the debit order to get guidance but no luck I asked the consultant to please call his fruad department and they gave us the contact details to reach out to the provider. I called the Dr Solutions and they referred me to a agent that apparently was assigned to my contract that I was unaware of, the Agent was a xolsa lady who was very rude and had a very bad attitude it is a pity I was so upset I forgot her name after she told me at the beginning of the call.
