Bad Service

I was a patient of the doctor in name during my pregnancy, I have had full maternity cover. They put a claim Threw and was rejected i was notified it bounced however the amount claimed was not the amount told to be when i queried the amount. There lawyers contacted me today and Told me it is Eight hundred and something. The lady in the office stated its six hundred and something. I have been waiting for the proof of the amount since last year April. As for the charges are for a full ultra sound- Which include getting a print out of the scan when i requested a print out it was stated take a picture with your Cell Phone!!! The even gave me a Book to put scans in and i didn't receive a print out. How on earth can i pay for something not been done correctly. As for the Lawyers who contacted me today was so rude over the phone shouting at me as i was *****ing the amount!! I was at a different doctor thru my entire pregnancy and got a scan with each consultation and it was paid! How can i get called one time for a bill in May 2014 and then Lawyer who are so rude contacts me a year later no letters or calls after my 3rd Visit at the doctor in names office
