The worst front desk support

I work 60 km away from the GP but because I have been consulting there since forever and it closer to my home,that was my first choice so did what a responsible person does called and enquired if they take my medical aid,the lady asked if I have ever used it to consult and well yes I once did,she asked if she should take out my file I said yes I will be there in a while,so drove off leaving numarous number of doctors in polokwane who took my medical aid,when I arrived the file is not out,she asked where I stay and she said she will go and get my file,well confidently I took a sit,three minutes later she calls me and asked if I will be paying cash or using medical aid,my answer”medical aid”,she say we do not take your medical aid anymore so you have to pay R600 cash,I told her I don’t curry cash I have a bank card,she than says there is a doctor that takes your medical aid at complex and than she goes to take a sit and that was it. It pains me to write this but discrundled,the fact that I had to take the long drive only to be told the very same things I tried to avoid by calling and asking if the do take my medical aid.
