Bad support. Product also does not do what it says

Ive read all the incredible reviews about this so called life changing product that is goinv to turn my world upside down in a good way. Excited, I contacted the practice to find out more. I was setup with nurse. Reading all the reviews i decided to give it ago. So far this is my second order with them and i must say that their customer support is extremely bad, i have emailed them several times asking for feedback on my order. No responses.
