DISGUSTING SERVICE

I'm very disgusted by the service here,I've been here since 9am my big toe is swollen and I'm in a excruciating pain nothing has been done .opened file confirmed my Medical aid,I've been asked to go in a certain room take my clothes off and put on a gawn I'm still waiting I even asked the nurse if she could atleast give me some painkillers but she wouldn't I'm still in pain can't even walk properly.this is the first mad last time I come to this practice I'd rather die.if I could walk or drive I would have been out of here ages ago
