Disgusting service

Dr SL Naidoo room, now called YOUR CLINIC has the worse customer service experience that I have ever seen! From the receptionist up untill the manager.. They think they built that place and is untouched!

They will give you an incorrect email address for the owner and his hardly ever at the practice so getting hold of him is a nightmare.

I called the surgery at 9am today asking for a referral letter for my daughter and advised I need to come and and see the Gp, as they work on a no appointment basis calling in to. Put your name down is also a big no no!

I arrived at 2pm as this is the norm if u want to be first in line at 4pm a women walks in and gets assisted first baring in mind she spoke to the receptionist and was adviced her name isn't even written down in the book nor is she on the list but they helped her without asking the opinions of the rest of us sitting there because like I was told by the manager it is breast awareness month and they will assist who they want.

So in all likely they help who they want I was told to be patient when I come there.. Like really sitting from 2pm and the Dr is only on duty at 4pm ain't patient enough?

And why should I have 3 hours of patience at a private Drs rooms lol I mite aswell cancel my medical aid visit the local clinic and get way better service and medication because your medication cupboard is quite questionable and there is nothing that one really needs! 3 weeks ago they couldn't even give me a muscle rub!

I've had it with this practice Dr Naidoo pull your staff together this is not the service I am used from your practice it has gone from a very good practice to the worse one to attend to! And your management has a terrible snobbish attitude!

You are working with people's lives here not with drugs!
