Untrue account

I received an account from Dr Nonhlahla Skosana neuro surgeon at Mediclinic Nelspruit for R699.40 charged for an in hospital consultation that never happened and is just a lie because she was in consultation with the lady in the bed next to me when she noticed that I was admitted. She greet me from the other side of that lady's bed... Said she will see me the next day that also didn't happen. She was supposed to get authorisation from my medical aid for my bed and MRI but she did not and I had to pay for it myself with borrowed money from my sister in law. I tried several times to speak to her while trying to explain my financial problem to her but she just ignored my request to consult on the phone instead of driving again the 220 km from Marloth Park to Nelspruit plus the tollgate of R89 twice.. I can prove all the WhatsApp messages. . I'm a SASSA pensioner with health and financial problems nót a beggar.... But for months now I'm begging her to be honest... Am I the bad guy now? Or should I pay her and beg for food?
