Dr to busy to attend to a simple request.

For the past 8 months we have been trying to get a motivation letter from Dr Skosana for a hospital bill of over R30 000. The medical aid have requested this in order to pay the hospital. I have been to his rooms with hospital management, I have phoned I have emailed I have spoke to the hospital accounts people.The Netcare head office accounts have emailed also several times. And his receptionist tells us he is very busy. We'll so am I. My time is just as important as his and yet I have spent countless hours requesting for this motivational letter. My mother passed away in February and instead of healing we are constantly reminded because the Dr is to busy. It's unbelievable how arrogant this man is and if he can't get things done because he is to "busy" then maybe he shouldn't take on so many patients.
