Rude, arrogant, ********, selfish and self-centred, I never thought I'd have such a bad experience using DR S Mhlanga (Dentist)based in Pimville at Dr Motjuadi's surgery,I went there on friday to extract my tooth left because of the poor service,called in on Monday to check if I can come in no one answered the phone, finally went on tuesday ,even before extracting my tooth he was just busy complaining,treats his staff badly,cannot speak ,his a bully the staff is scared of him,worse there's a elderly woman who is a receptionist she is so scared of him,she is even scared to report what the patients say or call in about.He extracted my tooth,never gave me any prescription and booked me only 1 day off mind you this is my wisdom tooth that was removed,I called in the morning to let the them know that I'm not feeling well,the lady said she will let the doctor know so he can call me back,which he never did,I called back ,he was rude told me I should go to work in pain so they see that I'm not well and send me home,so I can go back to him and do a new consultation so he can claim again.For someone that works with people he is very unprofessional and ***********,I'd never recommend anyone to use him,I never knew my first time experience would be hell,I had to consult a doctor to get medication for the pains I had , because of the horrible service I received from this dentist. DR SKHUMBUZO MHLANGA YOU ARE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING AND DON'T HAVE THE SPIRIT OF UBUNTU.
