DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE RECEPTIONIST AT DR SIBIYA - KATLEHONG

I arrived at the gate exactly 17:30. The security guard informed me that they had closed. I called reception to ask if my sickly child could be attended to, she advised that they had closed for the day. I pleaded with her as we had just arrived from school/work, she HUNG UP on me. I stood outside the gate in total disbelief! She came outside a few minutes later and locked the gate.... Her level of RUDENESS is unbelievable! You can't work with people if you're inhumane. I'm disgusted by the service rather LACK OF that I received from the receptionist at Dr Sibiyas office.
