Rudeness by DR SHAYNAZZ Bassa

My sick father fearing to be assisted by this Dr because of how she had previously treated him , she is disrespectful and even informed him "I don't think we will win this battle " this is not something a newly cancer diagnosed patient should be told or even as he seeked guidance on what he should be eating, she told him" I am not a dietician " .

I write this complaint with a sorrow for what he has been through , so much so that he suffered at home in silence whilst not feeling well because he fears the disrespect and abuse by her . We forced him this morning to ER and only now he opens up about his struggles .

I am dissipointed as we pay alot for medical aid and still to be put through this ..it breaks my heart and I fear for other patients.
