Codes incorrect for procedure alias Medscheme

My mother visted the practice on 10 September 2015. Very friendly . but codes are wrong. What now. Medical Aid needs the correct codes in order to refund. No luck so far Otherwise no problems at all.. Not happy with this at all.Who can help this friendly lady Tanya Williams or speak to the friendly Dr Sharon Truter. This problem needs to be solved. .
