Word Receptionist

Dr Schuman at the Kloof Hospital in Pretoria East has been my daughter's pediatrician for 1 year now and she has only seen her TWICE... due to the fact that every time I phone to make an appointment, whether it's a check up or my daughter being sick, the rude reception provides me with sarcastic laughs and answers such as "oh no dear, if want to see Dr Schuman you neet to make an appointment 1 and a half month in advance"! Well sorry that I am not a mind reader and can't predict that my child is going to be sick 1 and a half month in advance, check ups I understand, I made an appointment 3 months in advance last time, I have no problem with that, but having a sick child and a sarcastic receptionist is very inconvenient! This is so sad, because Dr Schuman is brilliant, but her patients parents are being mistreated by a rude and disrespectful receptionist!
