Very bad Service

<p>I took my son for urgent dental care to Dr. Slabber at Pastorie Park, Somerset West on 22 September 2016. He promised me a quotation as soon as possabile to start with the necessary treatment. After two weeks I have not received any quotation. I contact his office and they explained to me that the person responsible for the quotation is sick. I phoned them again on 18 October 2016. They explained to me that I should wait because a must allow 4 weeks for a quotation. I did not receive any quotation at all. Very poor front service!!! </p>
