Poor After Sales

I have now been waiting 2 Weeks for my retainer, which after missing work to go in and have the impression done, then again on the same day to pick up the retainer, was horrified at the workmanship of my now 3rd retainer. I advised the dentist staff that the retainer was completely wrong and hurt my mouth. Asked that it be cut to size so that is fits my teeth as the other two retainers did. Needless to say, it's now 2 Weeks down and the dentist did not even bother to call me back or have my retainer fixed. Because now that I have paid thousands to have my braces done, there is just no need to be polite to patients anymore.
