Samantha sent the invoice to Discovery under two practise numbers, so they were paid once and i paid once in full. IMO this is *****. Discovery picked up the mistake because i contacted them to refund the payment made to me. Discovery did a full audit and asked the Doctor to refund the payment made in March 2015, this was requested in June 2015. Samantha then did the refund to Discovery in June. Samantha only contacted me the 24th of July 2015 to inform me that they have refunded Discovery beginning of June (6 weeks later). My response was, she must sort this out with Discovery as they have requested the refund and made the mistake. Discovery then rep**** on the 20th of October were they suggest a payment arrangement between the myself and the Doctor. I was not contacted to make arrangements for payment instead i was asked to look at the response from Discovery. I then contacted Samantha to make the arrangement of paying October and November. I was hospitalised beginning of November and could only settle the account on the 27th of November as arranged. Samantha handed me over to the attorneys on the 11th of November, disregarding our payment arrangement on email.
