Bad servcie

I had been calling this Medical spa for over a week to enquire about a specific treatment and no answer - getting a message that says "call later" Finally I decided to visit and enquire and I was met with security that wouldn't even allow me inside the premises then he called the sister who is supposed to assist, Sister Sheila. She was so rude asking me if i didn't see the number on the website and follow instructions. As i was trying to explain she said we are busy and I can't help you. I then said I shouldn't have come then. Her response was "It's fine, don't come" and the call from the security phone ended. I asked the security guy if i could go in so I could be safe joining traffic as I had to reverse, he said no bit he can help me reverse, I needed both side of the road to be clear to reverse and join traffic. That resulted in an H1 almost knocking me because he had right of way. What a disaster that killed all the excitement. Anyone who wishes to get service, find another place. That practice has total disregard for clients. I visited another Deluxe Spa in Hyde Park and the service was amazing.
