was not allowed to contact dentist to replace his work, as he send me a lawayers letter and had to pay another dentist at R12 000.00 per tooth.

i went to this Dr Sam Thandar in Rosebank, i did my entire mouth with ceric. I always paid him on time or even before. i spend about R250 000 (nothing to sneeze about) he redid my 6 front teeth 5 times, as i wasn't happy, the rest was fine. i went to another dentist he replaced the 6 only once, as i was happy. the trouble started where i had a problem with the 1st problem tooth. he would not discuss it or even listen to me. As i am aware, the problem tooth then needed to be replaced at no cost by him, he refused to deal with me and send me a lawyers letter not to have any contact with him... which made it difficult to go back to replace a problem that i should not have paid for, but for him to sort out at no cost. I had to let my new dentist replace the work at R12 000 per tooth, ceric is very expensive. 3 weeks ago while flossing my teeth the one broke in half, another R12 000, and as he forbid me to have contact with him. i think its so unfair, paying all this money, and no back up, just a lawyers letter to leave him alone, never owed him a cent, very unfair.
