Dr Bilankulu- Pathetic Service

When I ready her reviews I thought maybe the people who had complained were exaggerating. She was late for my appointment and after she arrived she went out and I had to complain for the 2 hr wait while only patient , I told her about this and it was blamed on the staff because apparently they had not told her. Its been 4 months and I still haven't received my results. 2 months ago I called and complained that I had been waiting for 2 months they said they would call me back but nothing.. either her staff is extremely *********** or I don't know
