Unfair treatment

I've had breast reduction done by Dr Saadia Laher on 21 Dec 2021 at the Union Hospital in Alberton. I had several follow up visits for wound care at her rooms, which I received good treatment every time.

The last time I visited the Dr's rooms was in early February. She observed both the breast and she acknowledged that the scar on the left breast doesn't look good because it went skewed and she said it is going to restrict the clothes I wear especially if the clothes are revealing on the cleavage, I told her I too was not satisfied with how the scar looks, she then promised to fix the scar and she said that she won't be charging anything for the procedure.

The follow up appointment for fixing the scar was supposed to be 22/3/2022. However I received a call from Lee, her assistant and she asked to move my appointment to 8/4/22 because they had water shortage at the hospital, which I understood. Today 5/4/22 Lee called me again to move the appointment to 10/5/22 because they are moving to a new hospital.

I am devastated. I have already waited 3 weeks and now I still have to be patient and understanding for another 1 whole month to see the Dr. I feel that my patience is being abused and that perhaps the Dr has more important patients to attend to than me because if that was not the case I believe I would have been given the soonest date after the water issue was resolved and or the soonest date after they have moved to the new hospital. This is really not fair to me and my health is being compromised.
