2 years and now you want to make contact

So this morning i received a sms saying that i have been handed over by the Anesthesiologist's rooms that did my epidural on the first of November 2016.

For two years there has been no communication from them whatsoever. When i called to speak to the accounts lady she advised that they sent statements every month since then as well as sms's which for some reason i did not receive. In the same breath she advises me that i am not the first patient to contact saying that i did not receive anything.

When i asked her for proof that she had tried to contact me she said that they did not have any. When i asked her why she did not try to contact me via my work email or telephonically she had no answer.

I went on telling her then clearly someone in your accounts department is not doing their job properly, she decided to be ****y.

I just feel that if they had called me and did their job properly i would have sorted this out 2 years ago. Now i need to pay extra lawyers costs because someone clearly does not know how to do their job properly. PATHETIC
