Ridiculous waiting hours

Booked an appointment to see Dr Adu 2 weeks ago and was told it is first come first serve but I could book a date. Travelled 5hrs and got to the practice an hlir before they opened.

When they finally opened we were told the doctor is only available after lunchtime, had to wait 5hrs to eventually see the doctor.

If you want to go there, just leave your entire day open especially if you are coming from outside RTB.

Completely ridiculous considering that it is pregnant patients who mainly see him.
