Horrible Doctor and Practice

This is a horrible Drs Practice.

Please do not come to this dr.

Firstly tge receptionists is rude and has no manners. She does not great you when calling for an appointment nor when you come in to see the dr. She rolls her eyes at you 5 times when you complain for waiting for an hour after making an appointment. They do not inform you that the dr is running late until u have waited 30min and then asks. (This is the 3rd time) The dr always runs late. Not by a view minutes but by 45min plus. Last time i waited 1h10, when i came with my boyfriend we waited 1 hour. Today i have waited for an hour. And i am still waiting.

The dr has given me the wrong Chronic medication script twice now. Hence me having to come back for a new one.

There was an old lady her on time for her appointment. Waited for 15min then asked how long she must still wait and was told to wait another hour. She left as she is too sick to be sitting here. No dis is disgusting service.

We pay for a private dr at R500 a consultation for what? Horrible service and practice
