No Refunds

The Doctor himself is not aware of this as he is busy but the staff are the problem. My wife and i both paid the same account due to a miscommunication. Upon asking for a refund i was given the run around by the accounts staff that its this or that ones problem. At the end of the day im not getting my refund.
