Pathetic service from Dr S Simango Plastic Surgeon in St Augustines Hospital

DR S Simango is a plastic surgeon at the St Augustines Hospital.. He does not even deserve a one star but unfortunately it does not allow me to to select on no stars... I am disgusted by the service on my first and last visit to him.. I had consulted with his staff prior to my consult and they stated that he only consults on a Monday... I made an appointment for the 27th may to which i got told he arrives at 11am and its a first come first serve.. I got there at 10:30am there was already a couple waiting there from 9:30am. At 11am hos staff mentioned to us doctor is in theater he will n another hour, we all agreed to wait for that hour, by this time his room was getting more full with more patients.... At 12:30 by now we were quite frustrated and the couple who had been waiting from 9:30am asked the staff again what's going on where is the doctor, and they tell them doctor says he's on his way, we decide to wait as we feel we know now hes on his way but now it gets to 1pm and by 1:15pm hes still not on, this couple gets up and complains and leaves... I decide to call the doctor for the second time as the first time he never answered my call, he has the nerve to tell me that he is in theater, there's nothing he can do if we are sitting and waiting for him from the morning, i explained to him that there are so many bad reviews of him online, and that im going to add to it and he says to me that its fine i can go ahead and put through bad reviews about him... He showed absolutely no remorse for his pathetic attitude towards us as the patients who were waiting for him for over 2 hours... Hes pathetic, if you google his name you will see all the bad reviews about him and his pathetic staff... Don't waste ur time going to see this doctor you wont even end up getting a chance to consult with him... If you don't believe me go ahead and consult with him and see for yourself
