Such a horrible experience

<p>I have a complaint regarding Dr S Lala's receptionist. This lady is so rude, she doesn't have people s****s and doesn't know how to work with people. Yesterday I went to Dr S Lala to get help as I have an operation and the dr that operated me was fully booked until Wednesday but the receptionist there couldn't help me, I went there with my medical aid and she kept on saying that she can't get hold of my medical aid scheme and that she has been holding for 15 minutes. When she got through she says that I have no funds to my surprise I had only used this medical aid once. Without even asking me will a pay cash or what she just threw a file that I had just opened on the side. As I asked her why she's doing that she starts quarreling with me in front of the other clients. I sat there from 10am until 1 without any help. I then decided to go to our family GP only to find out that I have 8 GP visits available on my medical aid and I got help from him. I then went back to this lady to show her that I got help from the other Dr and she said I'm trying to prove a point, I mean she's working with people not animals and people that are in pain. We bring money to her that she needs at the end of the day. Dr S Lala you are going to loose potential clients and existing clients if your receptionist treats people like this, I think she has to go for people s****s management or anger management classes. I'm very disappointed in the kind of service I received yesterday,</p>
