Pathetic service from Dr S Lala- Lenmed Hospital

I was referred to Dr Suresh Lala at Lenmed hospital by my GP due to ongoing sinus issues & facial swelling. My appointment was booked for 1pm yet I ended up sitting in the waiting room until 4pm which is equal to the service in a government hospital. Upon seeing doctor Lala 3 hours later, all he did was look at me & didnt even do an actual check up yet he came to the conclusion that I did not have any sinus issues. He then prescribed a course of prednisone without asking any questions or listening to anything I said even after I explained that I had just finished a course that same morning & clearly it was not helping me. He did not pay any attention to anything written on my referral letter & I was told to just finish the course & see what happens. He then claimed R1900 from my medical aid for doing absolutely nothing for me.

2 days later I visited another ENT specialist who did an actual check up & discovered that I indeed had sinus issues & needed surgery almost immediately.
