4 year delay in account collection

I went to this doctor on the 30/09/2011 almost 4 years ago and I paid in cash and nothing was said after that. Today i am called by a debt collector telling me I owe R 80 from 4 years ago? this is so ridiculous I don't know whether to laugh or cry.<br> <br> When i tell the Alisha lady on the phone that its almost 4 years , she says with an attitude that it doesn't matter because I owe the R 80! The argument is not whether i owe R 80 , the matter is why didn't you tell me this in 2011. <br> <br> I will personally NEVER see Dr S L Miller again, before a worse thing happens to me. Very bad service!
