Good Dr..... Disgusting Accounts

I love Dr Dalla, she is patient and to the point. However her administration is disgusting. I missed one appointment (noted down Thursday instead of Tuesday) and was threatened with being handed over if I didn't pay R900. I understand that missed appointments impact a business but surely if someone genuinely misses one appointment there can be some understanding. Because of the threats I will no longer be a patient of Dr Dalla. And I see Im not the only one to complain about their accounts dept.
