Bad Reception

Dr Rudi's service is excellent but the reception is very bad, I was waiting nearly 2 months for a prescription. After recieving it the medication were never registered as Chronical with the medical aid, one pill was also not on the prescription, now waiting 2 weeks, can't get through via telephone.
