Unfriendly and *********** reception ladies

<p>Whenever Ihave to see dr rodwell van heerden ,I know I will receive very bad service and it feels like no one cares or are afraid to speak up.This is unexceptable behaviour from the 3 receptionist ladies who feel that they can do to us whatever they want. I wonder if the doctor knows how they behave as receptionists. We as paying patients surely have the right to be treated in a decent manner. The doc should address his staff as this can no longer be tolerated.</p>
