Rude receptionist

On the 7.05.2021 i visited the Dr and the receptionist was supposed to call my medical aid for authorisation and i was suppose to get the refferal letter on the 10.5.2021. On the 13.05.2021 around 11am i called them explained myself why i'm calling the lady told me to hold the line i did n she took long to get back to me i then dropped the call after few min i called again she told me to wait again she got back to me n took my details n said she will call me back. Waited the whole day then after 4:30pm i called them n the lady had no clue about my call i told her she told me to wait while i was on the line they were busy talking n laughing i got angry because they were wasting my time n airtime she got back to me n requested for my details again while doing that she laughed on my ear. I asked is it funny? She laughed n said she is laughing at me i said so you think this is F*u*c*k*n funny to waste my time n still be laughing at me i dropped my call. I am so disappointed with the service i received as i have been using this Dr for a very long time.
