Bad service and Treatment at Dr Rodwell Surgery

I came across the 2x previous reviews dated back on 28 November 2016 & 22 August 2017 just by searching Dr Rodwell Van Heerden telephone no. on the internet, but its to my surprise when i read these reviews, because its 2019 and those reception ladies are still so damn rude, unprofessional and unfriendly, I really hate going there but unfortunately his closer to me and the only Dr on my medical insurance plan. Those ladies are so unorganised when you come and put your name down, people that come after you goes in before you etc etc etc, but like the previous reviews stated they extremely rude... its such a terrible experience taking your sick child there... its sad our people can still treat other people so badly and in that type of profession and environment, as you surrounded by sick people so you should be more sympathetic and patient. Lots of people complaining about going to Dr surgery due to them. Just wanted to let the previous reviewers know they still exactly the same even after 4 years....I really try to keep my cool and patience when have to go to Dr surgery.
