Bad service and Bad attitude

I called the doctor at 10:30 to check if they are open today because my son was there yesterday and found them closed, the Keylee says they are open and i asked them did they close early yesterday and she tells yes closing depends on the people that are there, so while talking Keylee drops the phone and then i decide to go there, now Kaylee tells me the doctor is fully booked I must maybe come back at 2pm and when i asked why was that not communicated when I called, she tells how will she know that a lot of people would come all at once? she continues saying there is only one doctor available today and that she doesnt have time to explain nor argue about that, the doctor is full and there is nothing she can do. while i am standing there shes talking on the phone and communicates that I only have two doctors available today! my thinking now is how did the number grow from one to two? This is not acceptable..the reason I picked up the phone was to avoid being dissappointed and the next thing I get the worst service? The last time I called their reception the lady dropped the phone on me while talking and I let it slide because I thought it was a once off thing, this cannot continue and I demond to be treated fairly.
