Dr Rian Steyn (orthopedic surgeon in Pretoria), is blunt, very arrogant en extremely rude. He has absolutely NO caring bedside manner. I just made a casual query to the admin lady about a physiotherapy account. He walked by, he did not hear the whole conversation and just "assumed" what it was about. He flipped his top, pointing his finger at me the whole time, in reception, in front of admin ladies and other patients shouting he is "I'm tired of people like you" and a lot of other insinuations, pointing his finger at me the whole time. That was totally uncalled for and out of line. I've never been assaulted like that in public and never felt so violated. His verbal attack and finger pointing was totally unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. He may be a good surgeon, but that helps NOTHING if he can't be kind and understanding.
