Booked an appointment for 11:30 arrived at 11:31 was told to fill in forms returned those and advise to take a set and wait and I waited 11:45 nothing 12 nothing 12:45 I ask reception it's been 45 minutes were is the doctor Im sorry he's in a consolation sorry. 12:30 I cancelled my appointment walk out. no communication about running late no update as to how long it could take and only offer a lame sorry when you inquire Dr rc Ras work on your time management and get a secretary who will keep your clients informed and sincerely apologize on your behalf
