Dr HB Haridass-my worst experience

I was not feeling well and in alot of pain on 30 June, Friday morning. I called Dr Haridass rooms to make an appointment, I spoke to Sindy, told her I would like the last appointment for the day, which she said will be around 4pm but she will call me to confirm. I waited all day in pain, no call from Sindy. As I was leaving my office at 4pm, I called Sindy, asked if I could still come in, she was so rude to me, said the Dr had left for the day. I asked to make an appointment for Saturday morning. She said the Dr usually comes in at 10am but cannot confirm what time she will be in. So I said to Sindy, can you please call me when the Dr does come in and give me an appointment. She said she will. I waited till around 11am no call from Sindy. So I called the rooms, spoke to Sindy, asked if Dr was in and if I can get an appointment. She was so hostile and rude, said Dr has been in the rooms since 10am,if u still interested you can come in now. I got in my car and went immediately. Sindy was offish and rude this time to my face. I got in to see the Dr, who in turn was no better. She was unfriendly and seemed to get annoyed when I asked questions about what could be causing me the pain that I was experiencing. She kept saying she cannot say as I had not put her on my medical aid as my primary Dr. As this was my sec visit and I was still considering it. She then wrote me a script and gave me a lab sheet for tests and brushed me off to leave, all the time saying you have to pay cash for this.Get off your high horse lady you are getting PAID to treat me. You are not doing me a favour. This is how you treat your patients, soon you will have no one left to treat.
