Bad service

On Friday the 13 March 2015 at about 11:15, I went to Dr AB Rahmani's room at the Dobsonville shopping center for a consultation as I was not feeling well. I got there spoke to one of the ladies working there, she asked me if I came there the previous week and I told her that I was indeed there.<br> <br> She then told me that I could not see the doctor as they had not submitted claims from the previous week, and that they have to submit the claims and get their money from the medical aid first before I can be attended by the doctor. I then I asked her how was it my fault that they did not submit claims. I was very ill and needed to see the doctor. I told her that the doctor I needed to see the doctor and they can then submit both my claims to the medical aid. She was rude and still insisted that I cannot see the doctor. I told her that I had enough funds to cover the doctor's bill but she told me I could not see the doctor.<br> <br> I might be wrong, but I thought that doctors are not supposed to turn back patients how in case had enough funds to cover the doctors bill and it was not my fault that THEY did not submit claims.
