a dr that works office hrs

<p>I'm highly disappointed in Dr Rahim at Lentegeur station I went there this morning at 11h00 and was told by a unfriendly young lady that the Dr was closed. As per her I must come back at 13h30 or go to another Dr. I went back at 15h30 as I was too nauseas to go earlier and was told by a 2nd unfriendly receptionist not sure if they not allowed to smile that the Dr was closed I asked surprised closed? But that's was said the morning as well. She told me abruptly that the dr closes at 4 and I can't expect him to work longer as he already open the surgery at 13h30 which is early. Is being a patient not a customer also? I feel that is bad customer service. And since when does a Dr work office hours? Any case I'll visit another Dr but I can say this I will not go to that surgery again.</p>
