Not Informed!!!

I went to Dr Ismail for a check up and pap smear after reading his excellent reviews. The actual visit was also good. However after the visit when I got my claim email from Discovery I'm very disappointed and angry because a test that I knew nothing of was requested. My plan has a pap smear benefit that I wanted to use but was told that I could not as a different test was done costing my medical savings R960.00 that would have been free if only the test I had requested had been done.
