Hi,i sent an e-mail to this company for help for my skin than they sent me an e-mail on the 17th and phoned me same day at 5pm that i have an appointment for a 17:45pm with the dr same day i advise the lady on the phone that i cant make it let re schedule appointment then she booked me for today and i called today to confirm if i can come through at 5pm as per arrangement than i speak to a lady who doesnt know what she is doing she speaks to someone while im on the call than after wards she tells me my details are not there on their system than after wards she said i can come in now while im on the line they can help i advise her that i can only be ther at 4pm she said i can come through and hang up i dont understand why these people are hired if they dont know their jobs pls help and need answers
