Disappointing Service

Had an appointment for Dr r c ras appointment was for 11:30 I arrived at 11:31 went to reception checked in was told to complete forms did so and returned them then was told to wait, 15 minutes later nothing, 30 minutes later nothing, 45 minutes still nothing I ask the receptionist how long will the Dr be and just says he's in consultation sorry I say can you find out how long he will be because it's getting ridiculous now half 12 comes nothing so I cancel my appointment and leave. The receptionist never once apologize for the delay or even bother to tell me there was one or how far behind he was . Didn't seem to care one bit about waisting my time Or attempt to reschedule. The attitude of just suck it up and wait is appalling.
