Worst service by bogus Dr.

I had the worst experience here. I took myself and my children to a Dr who then we knew as Dr Pupuma only to find out sometime later that he is not. However that he works with Dr Pupuma. This Dr mentioned that he would be running tests for my leg which was fine he ticked the document twice and didnt explain further. To my understanding two ticks meant two tests, fast forward to when Lancet claimed from my medical aid it was 8k worth and practically finished my savings. I now owe Lancet, can't take myself or my child to any Dr as my funds are depleted and to top it off the Dr didn't even share the results. I have been going pillar to post with Lancet and Dr trying to understand why there were multiple tests done when in my understanding only two were meant to be done. There has been no explanation and no revert. This has not been fun and it's rather frustrating to owe money you do not even know about or have.
