Being waiting to receive an Invoice for my consultation on 10 Sept 2023 which I made a cash payment of R900

Being waiting to receive an Invoice for my consultation on 10 Sept 2023 which I made a cash payment of R900. I have emailed them and whatsapped them numerous times and have had not 1 reply. Med Aid will not refund me without the Invoice.
