payment for effort

Mr. Praymond was doing business with me for renovating his new surgery. HE let me do all material quotes for him driving up and down and agreed on a price with me to start the job. He told me to send an email to him for whatever i chat to him and price agreement. i did so and he sent me a massage congratualations. Looking forward working with me. He appoint a date for me to meet with him in today and let me pick up all my workers and he never pitched. By telling me he was busy i did ph him he never answered. We were waiting on him at the premises and when i went home he contact me. Once again he told me over the phone that hes gonna let the other two contractors know then he will phone me for meeting with technician. Again he sent a massage that he find someone else and he told in my massages hes a man that keep his word. The guys that was with me i had to pay them all he petrol i wasted and his lies by meetings etc. cost was alot of petrol i wasted.
