No sympathy from Doctor

My mum who is 86 years old and is now in frailcare visited Dr PN Naidu(dermatologist) in 2018. I reside in Johannesburg and was totally unaware of the statements which they claim they sent requesting payment. The original amount was R352. This is now handed to an attorney and is now standing at R662. Words cannot explain this!!! I am disgusted!!!
